I lead our Finance Transformation Office responsible for helping improve our processes and technology so we can continue to effectively support Uber. I’ve been at Uber for 4 years and a personal passion of mine is podcasting. I listen to podcasts as a means to learn and also hosted a podcast during less busy times :)

I’m passionate about serving on the Uber board because I believe in leading by serving. Marian Wright Edelman once said “service is the rent we pay for living” and that is something I want to emulate daily and make a difference. I like the value of “see the forest and the trees”, in my role I’m tasked with understanding the blockers involved in transforming our processes and then zooming out to implement pragmatic solutions.
